- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could rate them a negative I would. I canceled my insurance with them while in the hospital with my daughter. They still took out the money from my account. They stared it was due to me not signing a paper for them (which they stated couldn't be emailed) they told me once I signed the paper it would be refunded. After signing it took almost two weeks to get a refund of less than half that what they took out of my account. I'm done I'm filing fraud against them and also filed a dispute with my bank. I thought if I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue they would. Their service us beyond faulty and their workers are very incompetent!September 25, 2017by Brandie Hannon
